The Appia portal (legacy Voxitas) is a powerful tool available to our customers to allow them to manage their account without having to contact Appia directly. The following functions are currently available:

• My Tickets Allows you to open and track status on trouble tickets.
• My Orders Allows you to place and track status on orders.
• My Calls Allows you to view real time call detail records.
• My Bill Allows you to view your bills on-line.
• My Numbers Allows you to view trunk groups and telephone numbers associated with your account.
• My Account Allows you to view and update your account profile.
